Today we present Justina Ifugula, our Treasurer and Director for Fundraising.

Justina Ifugula, aged 24, has knowledge in accounting work due to her prior professional experience in Namibia and is currently doing advance Diploma in Accounting and Finance at Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) in Windhoek which is why she candidate for the position of the Treasurer. She is passionate about fashion, cooking and  takes pride in creativity and innovation. She is charismatic on tackling challenges within her fields of operation and works well in a team setup with others. She joined Welwitchia as this will assist her in achieving her goal to develop and increase understanding of careers in education and work with different people, so as to make a difference in their lives. She wishes to serve on the board as Treasurer as she believes that her accounting acumen will be an added asset to Welwitchia’s arsenal. Furthermore it will allow her to be more involved with the project, which she is already passionate about.

Welwitschia is a beneficial and essential because it provides individuals with the platform to make informed decisions in their prospective careers. It creates the necessary and imperative relationship between students and companies, and further expands the educational domain in the country.
