Veruscka Gertze is 21 years old and studies towards her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is an innovative and structured person and enjoys completion, prioritising, anticipation and planning of projects. These reasons made her decide to candidate for the position of the Secretary. The work for Welwitschia gives her the opportunity to help mould, train and educate people and give back to her community. She believes that Welwitschia is a useful organization for the Namibian society because we empower our youth to reach new heights and make use of their full potential. Thus, in the long run, she believes that we will build a strong Namibian workforce. She is proud of what the organization has achieved in a short period of time and even greater accomplishment lie ahead.
